Superb stay in a courteous hotel. Inclusive breakfast, especially bangers, cakes, bread, bakery and fresh fruit, the staff was thoughtful. Lovely beds, budget rooms - we enjoyed it. Well-maintained pool, priceless views.

Had immaculate king room with a great view, balcony. The hotel has unbeatable location next to porth bay and the beach and a hill. Extremely helpful staff and marvellous service all day long. The stay was really comfortable

The whole experience was very very good, no complaints, would recommend. Marvellous property, spotless, great service and excellent value. Staff greeted everyone and were happy to help. Stayed in glamorous double room with the ‘ complimentary' tea tray, the balcony and a hairdryer. Besides, the property was 3 km away from Boating Lake.

Welcome base for exploring Newquay. The sea view was a bonus. It was very clean and we liked a MARVELLOUS breakfast. Terrace added some charm. The restaurant serves fresh local food.
